Our Emergency Shelter services are the front door into Novara’s full continuum of care, the Navigate phase of our N.O.V.A. framework, where safety is established and a personalized path forward begins to take shape. From here, families move into Shared Housing with a plan already in motion, not a fresh start from zero.
